Ce BTS s&rsquo;inscrit dans un contexte o\u00f9 les entreprises ont besoin d&rsquo;optimiser leur relation avec les clients, \u00e0 la fois en face-\u00e0-face et \u00e0 distance, \u00e0 travers des canaux num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le BTS NDRC (N\u00e9gociation et Digitalisation de la Relation Client) est un dipl\u00f4me de niveau Bac +2, ax\u00e9 sur les m\u00e9tiers de la relation client, de la n\u00e9gociation commerciale et du marketing digital. Il pr\u00e9pare les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 des fonctions vari\u00e9es dans le secteur commercial et de la vente, en mettant un accent particulier sur la digitalisation des \u00e9changes et la gestion de la relation avec les clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectifs du BTS NDRC :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le BTS NDRC forme des professionnels capables de d\u00e9velopper, g\u00e9rer et entretenir des relations commerciales de mani\u00e8re efficace, en utilisant des outils num\u00e9riques pour atteindre des objectifs de vente et de fid\u00e9lisation. Les comp\u00e9tences acquises permettent de travailler dans des environnements divers, comme la vente en ligne, le commerce de proximit\u00e9, ou encore la gestion de projets commerciaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>N\u00e9gociation commerciale :<\/strong> Comprendre les besoins des clients, adapter les offres et n\u00e9gocier les conditions de vente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relation client :<\/strong> G\u00e9rer la relation client de mani\u00e8re personnalis\u00e9e, r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs attentes et fid\u00e9liser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strat\u00e9gies commerciales :<\/strong> D\u00e9velopper des strat\u00e9gies pour atteindre les objectifs de vente, analyser le march\u00e9 et les comportements des consommateurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digitalisation de la relation client :<\/strong> Utiliser des outils num\u00e9riques pour optimiser la communication et la vente (r\u00e9seaux sociaux, CRM, sites e-commerce, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gestion de projet :<\/strong> Organiser et suivre des projets commerciaux, g\u00e9rer des \u00e9quipes et des partenaires.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9bouch\u00e9s professionnels :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les titulaires du BTS NDRC peuvent occuper des postes vari\u00e9s dans plusieurs secteurs, comme :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Commercial(e)<\/strong> (terrain ou s\u00e9dentaire)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Charg\u00e9(e) de client\u00e8le<\/strong> ou <strong>responsable de la relation client<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conseiller(e) en vente<\/strong> ou <strong>e-commerce<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Responsable de comptes<\/strong> ou <strong>gestionnaire de portefeuille client<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Responsable marketing digital<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formation et contenu :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme du BTS NDRC est compos\u00e9 de plusieurs modules, incluant des cours th\u00e9oriques, des \u00e9tudes de cas pratiques et des p\u00e9riodes de stage en entreprise. Les principales mati\u00e8res sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gestion de la relation client et de la communication commerciale<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technologies de l\u2019information et de la communication pour la gestion de la relation client (CRM, r\u00e9seaux sociaux, etc.)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Marketing et n\u00e9gociation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Droit et \u00e9conomie<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Langue vivante (souvent l\u2019anglais)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiants peuvent \u00e9galement choisir une sp\u00e9cialisation selon leur projet professionnel, comme la vente en ligne, le management commercial ou encore l&rsquo;international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, le BTS NDRC offre une formation compl\u00e8te pour travailler dans le secteur commercial en combinant des
